Try a class out and see if we’re the right fit for you! Call Kara at 212.779.3434 before September 14th at 5 PM or sign up online to select a date that works best for you (September 23rd – September 25th).
Early Bird Perks! Get a Bonus Class
Register for Mommy & Me before September 14th at midnight to get discounted rates for the year AND a free bonus class!

🐸 What is a Tadpoles class?
Our free Tadpoles class is an opportunity for parents of babies 0-3 months to meet and connect with other parents of newborns in the neighborhood, and features:
- Basic infant massage
- Gentle movement work and tummy time
- Music and sign language
- Lots of social time for caregivers and babies
- A flexible curriculum based on attendee needs
Tadpoles Class Date Options:

2027 – January 29th, April 9th | 11:30am to 12:15pm
